Twice a month Eric828 will be visiting 1 location chosen by a randomly selected doner. To qualify, you must donate at least 1 dollar and fill out the form below. If selected, the doner will be shouted out in the video series "Where You Send Me" for that week. There are no limits to the amount of donations accepted per doner. The amount of the donation DOES NOT effect the odds of winning.
